This leading plastics manufacturer needed an urgent storage structure to cope with increasing demand for their products, and that’s when they approached Fews Industrial for help with their storage problems. Having listened to the customer and understanding their needs fully, Fews delivered a fully insulated storage structure that not only maximised the space available onsite but also featured a link back to the customers’ existing facility.

Fews delivered a 20m x 30m structure with a 5m side height, including Thermo Roofs and insulated 40mm sandwich panels with contrasting flashing to match the existing buildings design and company colours along with a unique 5m x 1m linking structure.

The building also featured 2x Industrial electric roller shutter doors and 2x Single personnel doors to comply with building H&S requirements for building ingress and egress.

Ensuring structural stability, Fews implemented installed chemical anchor bolts into the existing concrete hardstanding and ensuring we complied with the relevant BS EN 1991 standards.
