Plymouth University Temporary Classroom
Temporary Classroom, Examination Room and Event Space
We have a strong relationship with many academic institutions, and as a result Plymouth University approached us to provide them with a temporary building to use as an examination room, classroom and also as an event space. As a long term hire, we needed to ensure that the solution was suitable to be in place for up to, and potentially beyond, five years. The space for the building was quite limited and presented some challenges in terms of access and build.
The Fews Solution
We provided a 20m x 30m Premium Clearspan marquee with a Thermo roof, insulated wall panels and double glazed glass panels. The need to control temperature and condensation meant the Thermo roof with it’s ambient temperature air-flow system was an ideal solution in this case. We installed three entrances, one with steps and the other two with ramp access.
